Please keep in mind that I use a Traeger Wood Pellet Grill, so the controls/settings refer to the controls/settings on my Traeger. The recipe can easily be converted to whatever type of griller/smoker you have with a little bit of experimenting (eg. you don't have to start your grill on Smoke Setting).

4 (4 oz each) boneless pork chops

1 cup teriyaki sauce

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1 tsp. hot pepper sauce

1 tsp. Traeger Chicken Rub (or your favorite poultry rub)

Wipe pork chops with damp paper towel; set aside.  Combine teriyaki sauce, onions, hot pepper sauce and Traeger Chicken Rub in shallow pan; add pork chops and turn to coat with sauce.  Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes or overnight.  Start Traeger grill on Smoke with lid open until fire is established (about 5 minutes); Switch setting to High (450 F on thermostat) allow grill to pre-heat for 10 minutes.  Remove chops from marinade and discard marinade; place chops on grill.  Sear chops on both sides;  Switch setting to Medium (300 F on thermostat).  Close lid and cook until internal termperature of chops registers 150 F and pork turns from pink to white.

Recommended Pellets:  Hickory or Maple

Hope you enjoy!  Cool
