Hello my fellow BBQ'ers,

My name is Breece Ward I'm an artist & enthusiastic BBQ advocate from southern CA.  I love charcoal grilling on a nice sunny day with cold beer in hand.  Few things are more relaxing……………………ahh I was there for a second.  So here is my favorite bbq wing recipe, they are spicy, but the kind that seems fine until you stop eating.

INGREDIENTS:

1     Large pack  of Wings (preferably not frozen)

1     bottle Louisiana hot suace

1/4  stick of butter ( too much and the sauce wont stick to wings!)

OLIVE OIL

PEPPER

DIRECTIONS:

Put wings in large bag, and add quarter cup olive oil & liberal amount of pepper.  Shake bag, and let it sit for 15 min.

Prepare sauce.  Melt butter in large pot with lid (large enough to fit all wings).  When butter is melted, add very liberal amount of louisiana hot sauce to pot.

Grill wings, try to get them as crispy as you can without burning or drying them out.

Put wings in sauce pot.  Put lid on, and shake pot with sauce for 1 min.  Remove lid, and let wings breath for 5 min.  Shake wings one more time and then serve.

Let me know what you think.
