anyone got a good meatloaf recipe

well,

It's been awhile, but let me see if I can jog the memory a little..

2-lbs- Ground Beef
1-lbs – Ground Pork
3/4 cup – Dried Bread Crumbs (I like to use Italian)
2 – Eggs
1 – Sweet Onion diced
1-cup- BBQ Sauce (HomeBBQ.com preferred) use 1/2 cup in mixture, and 1/2 cup on top
Season Mixture – (Preferrably with HomeBBQ.com Beef Rub)
Combine, form into loaf, and cook in Smoker or Oven until cooked.
