has anyone here ever smoke bolonga,if so do u put a rub on it or just smoke it plain,will it take to smoke?,how long do u smoke it

yep, several times…

I like putting my Rib Rub on it, but that's me.. Since it's already cooked you just want to heat it through.. About 3 to 4 hours (this is an estimate) at 250 will do it. Just check with an instant read thermometer, when it reaches 130 -140 remove it..
