Welcome to our new website, it has certainly been a challenge, getting this together. I apologize for the re-register and realize it has just been 2 1/2 years since we did this before, but this was something that needed to be done to keep up with the times, and as a result of ongoing security concerns.

The cut-over to the new site was premature, do due several sql injection attacks on my site, the latest this morning.

Many new features here, that I think you will enjoy. This web site is now capable of all the new blogging and social craze going …

Great site!

I joined just prior to the jump to lightspeed.  I look forward to all the site has to offer.

One question.  On the old site, there was a Char-griller page.  Was that carried over to the new version of the site?  That's the cooker I use and I thought it was very helpful to have a page or area dedicated to the Char-griller since so many guys use it.

Thanks much for all your hard work!

Hello JAC!

Thanks for stopping by and seeing us… I have been working on this for awhile, and really wasn't quite ready yet. But, having dealt with several SQL injection attacks in the last week on the old site, this last one pushed me over the edge…

I'm not real sure what your referring to on the chargriller page, there were several topics in the other forum about them, and there was the PDF doc Dan did (which is here)….

There is not alot of hope about bringing over old data, especially after this mornings attack. My database was full of whatever this guy put in there… I really don't know why people have to be so destructive, and for no reason.. It was just a BBQ site!

Anyway hopefully Dan will pop in and answer your other post, I'm sure he would like to hear what you have going on..

Thanks much for the quick reply!

I guess the Char-Griller stuff I saw on the old site was just posts talking about that cooker rather than a dedicated area.  Not a bad idea to have a section for off-set cookers though.  That way, all the tricks and modifications folks have done would be in one spot.

Anyway, thanks again!

I will be back as the need arises.

Doing my first pork butt tomorrow post modifications.

Good evening from inside the beltway.

Kevin, thanks for opportunity to join your site. I have enjoyed "Que" since I was a Sprout in Temple,Tx. Have been lurking here a while and decided to get in on the discussions. I don't consider myself a "Pro" and have not been in any compititions, however my family and friends (uness they are just being nice) enjoy my "Fare" and plead with  me to do parties for them which I gladly do as I absolutely LOVE to BBQ!!!Tongue out
