Howdy, name is Rob. I live in Mesa, Az. I have been bbqing for about 6mons now since I started with my ECS. Got myself hooked up with a local BBQ club and learned alot. I have gone to several competitions as a spectator and have been amazed. I now have a UDS and a ProQ. Started to cook lots of things and amazed myself. I am a former USAF Vet. Married with 6 kids total, only 2 in the house now. My family has benefited several times from my new hobby. I joined here to venture out and learn new ideas and practices.
