I have seen some posts recently, mine included, but have not seen a lot of reply chatter.  Are folks too busy or just not bbq'ing yet?  I would love some feedback or replies on my recent posts and would love to see some other communication on this site as well.

No back and forth communication doesn't help me or anyone else become better Q'ers.

Thanks for listening.

Did you say something?  Wink   Even when the room is empty there's a wiseguy.  I got no response to my initial post……  I have checked back from time to time, but with as little activity as I have seen "time -to – time" becomes less so.  I am always game to chat bbq.  I will keep checking back.

I guess I am one of the ones this post is aimed at…

I do what I can, and have given alot of information away for free on this website over the last 8 years, and have helped many become better bbq'ers. And yes I am very busy lately, if I am not working, packing orders, teaching classes, or competing, I am likely eating or sleeping… I will try to squeeze more time in to answer your questions..

Kevin -

You have created a really neat venue to discuss the hobby of smoking and bbq'ing.  You have done a lot for others and have certainly helped me with great advice and tips.  I did a brisket the other day using your guidelines and folks fell down it was so good. The owner or host of a site like this is not supposed to be online 24 hours a day it seems to me.  What I am suggesting is that others post questions, discuss "cook" projects, post results, etc.  If you or me or a select few others are posting all the time, how does that help to grow the community?  To the other members of this group, get out there and post some stuff.  It helps me and maybe I can help you in return.

Keep it going and happy spring!

I agree with you there…

This forum is usually only had times of busy activity, while most of the other forums are either specific to a product, or they are spots to hang out. This one has always been based on advice..

We used to have a fairly active group when questions did get asked..
