Who's planning to BBQ over the long weekend??
You can definitely count me in… I've already got an idea of what I want to grill… I'm thinking some BBQ Ribs, Chicken Kabobs and of course some Burgers and Sausage.
What are you grilling… trying any new recipes?

I had a great time over the Memorial Day Weekend. Had some friends over that we had not seen in some time. I did up some Pork Spare Ribs, Chicken Drumsticks, and Chicken Quarters. All juicy, tender, and full of flavor.

I'm looking forward to it, but I may be at the Del Mar Fair working at a vendor booth, so all the BBQing will have to be either later that night, or the next day.
But anytime I can fire up the Traeger (which is about 3 times a week!), I love it.

Oh very cool. At least you'll have some time to BBQ. I've been checking out this site http://justaddbbq.com for some possible ideas on what to cool. They have some pretty neat recipes in my opinion.
