Well folks, I wasn't proud of how my wings turned out (they were tasty and folks devoured them, but they weren't amazingly awesome IMO)…and at the last minute, I decided not to do a pork loin, but rather try grilling up some babybacks. The babybacks were tender and decent, but same thing, nothing to write home about. So, no surprise when I didn't place in those two categories. I must say, grilling is hard! I prefer smoking. Hopefully next year I will have a means to tow my smoker up there so I can enter some ribs and chicken that I'm proud of!
