Texas style BBQ Ribs Recipe

- 4 kg Spare pork ribs

- 1 Tablespoon of chili powder

- 1 Teaspoon of garlic powder

- 1 Teaspoon of salt

- 1 Teaspoon of onion powder

- 1 Tablespoon of ground cumin

- 1 Teaspoon of cayenne pepper

- Quarter cup red wine

- 2 Teaspoons of dry mustard

- 1 Minced onion

- 2 Cloves minced garlic

In a mixing bowl combine chili powder, garlic powder, salt, onion powder, cayenne pepper and dry mustard. Mix ingredients togther and coat ribs with the rub generously. Place on a medium heat grill, using the in-direct grilling technique.

Close the lid and grill for 20 minutes. In a sauce pan heat onion, garlic and red wine to create a sauce. After ribs have been grilling for 20 minutes coat with the sauce. Grill ribs for another 20 minutes until tender. Leave the ribs to settle for 1 minute after grilling and serve with any excess sauce. This is a very easy to do barbeque ribs recipe.…..cipes.html
